Aolog is a self-service bookkeeping tool for recording double-entry (複式簿記) transactions in the Blue Return (青色申告) style. It is a bookkeeping tool only — not a tax-filing service, and not a substitute for a tax professional.
Aolog is a software tool, not a licensed tax accountant (税理士) and not a substitute for one. It does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and your tax filings. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified 税理士 or the tax office. We make no guarantee that use of the App will result in any particular tax outcome or deduction.
You sign in with an email address and password (or, where offered, Google). You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure. You must be an adult and provide accurate information.
Don't misuse the App: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, no interfering with the service.
You own your bookkeeping data. It is stored on our servers so you can access it from your devices; you can export or permanently delete it at any time from within the App. See our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any tax penalties, interest, or losses arising from your use of the App or your filings.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of [YOUR CITY].
